My Body Skincare Routine

Hey everyone! I’m back with another post! Summer is coming up soon and I’m starting to prep my skin for summer! I do this routine once a week! I don’t exfoliate every day. On the days I don’t exfoliate, I just shower, use the loofah with a body wash, and use the body butter after I’m done the shower.

First, I use this dry brush to get rid of dead skin cells. If you haven’t heard of a dry brush before you should totally give it a try! A dry brush is a brush you use on your skin before you shower. No water, no soap, nothing needed to “dry brush your skin”… just gently brush upwards to circulate blood flow. The dry brush I have is from ecotools. I bought mine at Walmart for about $5.

Second, I hop in the shower and I put on my exfoliating gloves. I got mine at Walmart for about $2.

Third step I do is scoop up some of my sugar scrub into my glove and I run the scrub all over my body focusing on areas where I have dry skin the most (my legs).

After I use the sugar scrub by Raw Sugar, I rinse it off and then I go about using body wash using a loofah. I bought the sugar scrub at Target!

After I hop out of the shower, I pat dry my body and then immediately put on a body butter by Raw Sugar which I purchased at Target.

That’s it! That’s my body skin care routine! Remember, don’t go too rough with the dry brush and exfoliating gloves (it can irritate your skin if you do it too rough!)
